1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and making a booking with HimYog, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and students of HimYog.

2. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot in any Teacher Training Course (YTTC) or Retreat.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the ashram in Dharamsala or Goa.

3. Course Participation

Students are expected to follow the ashram's discipline and sacred rhythm. This includes timely attendance at all sessions and respecting the peaceful environment of the Himalayas.

4. Health and Liability

Yoga involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in good health and take full responsibility for your physical well-being. HimYog and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during practice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharamsala.
