Do I need prior yoga experience to join the 200-Hour YTTC? +
No prior teaching experience is needed. A regular personal practice is recommended, but we welcome sincere seekers at all levels. Yogi Shivam meets every student where they are.
What does the $250 deposit cover? +
The $250 PayPal deposit is non-refundable but fully date-transferable. It secures your spot in the batch. Remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the ashram.
Can I transfer my dates if my plans change? +
Yes. Your deposit can be transferred to any future batch with zero penalty. We understand that life is fluid — your journey will wait for you.
How do I get from the airport to the ashram? +
We offer pre-arranged taxi bookings from Dharamsala/Gaggal Airport directly to Bhagsu. We handle all logistics so you can arrive in peace.
Is the Yoga Alliance certification internationally recognized? +
Yes. Yoga Alliance USA (RYS 200 & RYS 300) is the world's most recognized yoga credentialing body. Your certificate allows you to teach professionally in any country on earth.
