Refund & Cancellation

1. Deposit Policy

The $250 booking deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers administrative costs and secures your spot in our limited-capacity batches (maximum 12 students).

2. Date Transfer Flexibility

While the deposit is non-refundable, it is 100% transferable. If you cannot attend your scheduled batch for any reason, you can move your deposit to any future batch or retreat within 24 months, provided you give us at least 15 days' notice.

3. Cancellation by Student

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date: Deposit remains transferable to a future date.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date: The deposit may be forfeited unless there are extenuating circumstances.

4. Cancellation by HimYog

In the unlikely event that HimYog cancels a course or retreat, students will be offered a full refund of their deposit or the option to transfer to another date.

5. Early Departure

Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be provided for early departure or non-completion of the course.
